Why is it so difficult to create great content? It’s typically because the burden of training falls directly on an already over-committed manager. There has to be an easier way… The following are some tips on how to design corporate programs that do not require you to generate custom content:

Use the Web

Generating custom content for your training program takes time. Rather than reinventing the wheel, use the web for relevant material that compliments your training program. For example, if you want to train your staff on Social Media 101, create a learning playlist by connecting your  top 5 YouTube clips/TED talks that discuss your lesson. For the overachievers, add in a single branded page that specifically relates to your business and ties it all together.

Crowd Source Your Team

You can also have the end user provide content instead of the admin. Most organizations have critical pieces of documentation, SOP’s, and designs, just lying around. Organize those pieces so you can scale your business more easily.
